This site and all content are owned by Salt + Pine Press, LLC. You agree to use it legally and respectfully. We may change or update the site, products, or terms at any time.

Purchases + Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Payment Terms for Custom + Semi-Custom Projects

Custom or semi-custom work begins only after a non-refundable deposit of $300 has been received (after the initial consultation and prior to the design process). The remaining balance is due in full after design approval and prior to the ordering of materials and commencement of printing.

If payment is not received within 14 days of design approval, Salt + Pine Press, LLC reserves the right to delay, pause, or cancel the project without further obligation.

Final payment must be received before production begins. This includes ordering materials, printing, and shipping. If payment is not received on time after final design approval, we reserve the right to pause or cancel your project.

For larger projects, Salt + Pine Press, LLC may offer payment plans split into milestones (e.g. deposit, design approval, final balance). Specific payment details will be outlined in your individual project agreement or invoice.

All payments are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered. If a delay in payment causes a delay in production, Salt + Pine Press is not liable for missed deadlines, event dates, or delivery expectations.

If a project must be canceled before materials are ordered, we will gladly provide a partial refund for any unused balance, minus the initial deposit. If the cancellation happens after materials for your project have been ordered, you may or may not be honored a refund, depending on the stage of production and our discretion.

We accept credit card payments only, processed securely through our invoicing or checkout system.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if payment terms are not met.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — designs, text, images, branding — is protected and owned by Salt + Pine Press, LLC or the rightful party. Don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse anything without written permission.

All design elements created by Salt + Pine Press, LLC are intended for use solely within the scope of your original project. Use, reproduction, or printing of these elements elsewhere — without prior written permission — is not permitted.

Digital Files

If we provide digital files for your custom order, they are for proofing and review only — unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. They may not be edited, reused, or redistributed.

Shipping

We ship from Florida using USPS, UPS, or other providers. Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss.

Legal Stuff

We’re not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of this site or our products. All use is at your own risk. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
