The Semi-Custom Experience

Select + Personalize Your Design

Choose the suite that best reflects your celebration. Customize your paper, foil, envelopes, liners, ribbons, and suite pieces.

Secure Your Suite

02.

After submitting your inquiry, you’ll receive a welcome email within 2 business days and a tailored proposal within 5 business days. From there, a signed agreement and $300 non-refundable retainer secure your suite and begin the design process. The retainer is applied toward your final total.

Review Your Proof

03.

Your selections are translated into a Design Brief (digital proof), delivered for review. Minor refinements may be requested before final approval.

Crafted by Hand + Delivered

04.

Once approved and paid in full, your suite enters production — foil-pressed, assembled, and finished by hand in our studio. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for production, followed by delivery via UPS with tracking.

  • Semi-custom collections begin with a pre-designed suite that is personalized through your event details, paper selections, foil finishes, envelope styling, and other curated options. Custom stationery is created entirely from scratch through a collaborative design process, resulting in a one-of-a-kind suite designed exclusively for your celebration.

    Both offerings are produced with the same materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

  • Semi-custom collections are designed to maintain the integrity of the original artwork. Names, event details, and customization selections can be personalized, but changes to the artwork, typography, illustrations, or overall layout are not included. If you're seeking a completely unique design, custom stationery may be a better fit.

  • After submitting your inquiry, you will receive a welcome email within 2 business days followed by a tailored proposal within 5 business days.

    Once your project is reserved with a signed agreement and retainer, your selections are translated into a digital Design Brief and proof for review. Timing from inquiry to final approval varies depending on selections and feedback, but most semi-custom projects move through this phase within a few weeks.

    Once your proof is approved and payment has been received in full, production takes approximately 4 weeks, plus shipping time.

    We recommend reserving your suite well in advance of your desired mailing date to ensure availability and a smooth timeline.

  • Two rounds of revisions are included with every semi-custom order. Additional revision rounds may be requested for a fee of $50 per round.

  • Yes! Printed envelope addressing is available as an optional enhancement and can be added to your suite during the ordering process.

  • No. Semi-custom suites are shipped directly to you via UPS with tracking provided. Clients are responsible for applying postage and mailing invitations to their guests.

  • Our semi-custom collections require a minimum order of 25 save-the-dates or invitation suites.
