So why is there a blog about affirmations on a bespoke foil stationer’s website, anyway?

Because in addition to designing intentional paper goods, I’m also a 500-hour registered yoga teacher — and mindfulness is something that’s deeply woven into who I am and how I create. This affirmation card set is a project where my two worlds collide: the artistry of design and the grounding power of mindful, intentional living.

I believe mindfulness and self-awareness aren’t just for the “woo woo” yogis — they’re everyday tools that everyone can benefit from.
